Two Saskatchewan Crown land recreational cabin leases are available for tender, located in some of the best hunting and snowmobiling terrain in the province. Each parcel is 0.11 hectares — a standard footprint for a Saskatchewan recreational Crown lease — and the two sites sit close together in the same general area of northern Saskatchewan, making them a practical package for a buyer who wants a dedicated wilderness base camp in well-established big game and snowmobile country.

Crown land recreational leases in Saskatchewan are not abundant, and leases in quality hunting and sledding locations trade infrequently. What you are acquiring is a government-issued tenure granting you the right to occupy and improve a defined parcel of provincial Crown land for recreational purposes — the land itself remains Crown property, but the lease gives you the practical use and security of the site. For a serious hunter or snowmobiler who wants a fixed wilderness base in a proven location, that tenure is the material value in this offering.

The two parcels sit in the Township 47–48 range of Range 7, west of the Second Meridian — northern Saskatchewan terrain characterized by boreal forest, mixed bush, and the interlocking lakes and wetlands that define some of the province's most productive wildlife habitat. This part of Saskatchewan draws serious hunters targeting whitetail deer, moose, black bear, and waterfowl, and the same terrain makes for exceptional snowmobile country in winter. If you've spent time operating in northern Saskatchewan, you know this general corridor. If you haven't, Allan Serhan at Hawk Rock Wilderness is the right first call — he can provide ground-level context that no legal description conveys.
