Bryce Witherspoon, BA, AACI, P. App
Frontier Hospitality Advisor was founded in 2016 by Bryce Witherspoon, an AACI-designated commercial appraiser based in Penticton, British Columbia. After years of appraising lodges, resorts, hotels, and motels across Western and Northern Canada — and watching owners struggle to find credible information or a real audience of buyers — he built the platform he couldn't find: part marketplace, part publication, part appraisal practice.
Bryce remains the principal appraiser and editorial voice behind the platform's market intelligence. He holds a BA from Lakehead University, the AACI and P. App designations from the Appraisal Institute of Canada (Member #908111), and completes all appraisal work under CUSPAP standards.
