Receive Your Draft Listing & Invoice

Within 24–48 business hours of receiving your information, I'll send you a link to a draft of your listing along with an invoice for $349 (or $449 if you've added copywriting). Review the draft and send any changes. Payment by credit card or e-transfer.

Approve the Listing & Pay the Invoice

Once you're happy with the listing and payment is received, your property goes live in the marketplace β€” appearing in the main listings section, the Canadian or American listings section, and your specific province or state category.

This is a guide for what information I need to build your listing. Provide as much detail as you can β€” the more complete your submission, the faster we can get your property live.

ASKING PRICE What is your asking price in CAD? (You can update this anytime after listing.) CONTACT DETAILS Name, email address, and phone number for buyer inquiries. Also provide a website link if applicable. PROPERTY OVERVIEW What type of property is it? (fishing lodge, hunting camp, resort, fly-in operation, RV park, etc.) How long has it been operating? What makes it attractive to a buyer? BUILDINGS & IMPROVEMENTS Describe the structures on the property: main lodge/office, cabins, guest rooms, outbuildings, docks, runways, etc. Ages, sizes, condition. LAND & LOCATION Total acreage or Crown tenure area. Road access or fly-in? Waterfront? Crown land or freehold? Guiding territory? Park Use Permit? CHATTELS INCLUDED What personal property is included in the sale? Boats, motors, ATVs, snowmobiles, equipment, furniture, supplies, etc. FINANCIAL SUMMARY (Optional but Helpful) Revenue range, occupancy trends, number of guest weeks or rooms, operating season. This is optional but helps attract serious buyers. AGENT/REALTOR? Are you a licensed agent in the Frontier Hospitality Advisor referral network? If yes, mention it here for your 50% discount.
