Majestic northern Saskatchewan resort located just outside renowned Waskesiu National Park, Canada, gently nestled in the boreal forest. Our guests love to experience our, one of a kind captivating views of the dancing Northern lights. This four-season resort with its unique location to a great many amenities, notably a breath taking 18-hole golf course located across from the resort itself, and 2 additional championship courses within a beautiful scenic 40 min drive. The resort is accessible from Highway 263 (known as the scenic route to Waskesiu) boasting blacktop access to door front. In addition, the trans-Canada snowmobile trail runs directly across the front of the property for winter enthusiasts.

This unique resort consists of the main lodge, which includes six rental rooms, dining room, games room, restaurant/lounge with, a large wood burning fireplace providing a soothing ambiance. The lounge also includes 3 VLT’s & permitted liquor sales. The main lodge itself was designed particularly with group/corporate retreats at heart. A large and open flowing floor plan boasting a great many unique features such as a grand custom-built log spiral staircase, & 24ft vaulted ceilings, including stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows. Extra features of this one of a kind lodge are; boardroom with custom built log board table with leather seating, as well as a full fitness facility/gym. In addition, the main lodge to its credit offers two extra-large decks, the upper deck is open above to enjoy those sunny summer days & starry nights with dancing northern lights. The lower deck is covered so guests may still enjoy the outdoors when the weather is less agreeable.

Gently nestled in the heart of the northern forest, the main lodge & rental cottages were built overlooking a large natural spring-fed pond & a sprawling lawn across the entire property. The large lawn area is host to many games of bocce ball, football, as well as spirited matches of “closest to the pin” for the golf enthusiasts, eager to test their short game.

The resort also offers four, intimate standalone rental cottages. Each cottage has a full kitchen including; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven. The living room offers Satellite flat screen TV’s, in addition each cottage is appointed with a natural gas fireplace. Each cottage also, has two bedrooms with queen size pillow top mattresses, with a queen size pull out in the living room. As well the cottages are finished with a generously sized covered deck complete with log railing & natural gas barbecue, just a few steps from each deck is a private fire pit, so guests may enjoy roasting marshmallows and making smores late into the night.

In addition to the many amenities outlined on site, the resort property also offers a tremendous opportunity for additional revenue through growing the resort owned, permitted & established leasable lake lots/pad space available for park model homes or RV / fifth wheel / camping trailers, providing a long term/permanent lake retreat which increase revenue for our licensed restaurant/lounge & permitted liquor sales. The property currently has 12 leasable pad spaces, 3 of which are wired for hook-up including fresh water holding tanks as well as septic. The property can also be zoned for an additional 35 pad spaces, or an additional 12 rental cottages.

Another additional revenue opportunity is our established website guidedhuntingcanada.com, the resort comes with outfitting licenses, including large 4 zone waterfowl, i.e. Canadian geese & ducks. In addition to, 10 black bear hunts for the entrepreneurial hunting guide to capitalize on and or the respective buyer to sell and reinvest as they see fit.
