Conditions
- Offerors must submit an executed copy of an Offer to Purchase to Concentra Trust, c/o Stacey Ebenal, 333 3 rd Ave N, Saskatoon SK S7K 2M2, by 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) on the 27th of March, 2024.
- Offers must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft for 10% of the Purchase Price made payable to “Concentra Trust” (deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders by mail to the address indicated in the offer).
- Bidders will be informed of whether their bid has been successful on or before 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) on the 5th day of April, 2024.
- A submitted offer shall be irrevocable and may not be amended, retracted, withdrawn or varied prior to acceptance or rejection by the Vendor without the prior written consent of the Vendor.
- No offers subject to conditions other than financing and Ministry of Environment approval will be accepted.
- Offers to purchase entire packages are preferred, but all offers will be considered.
