The main lodge is 2550 sq.ft. and includes a main commercial kitchen, dining room, large sitting room with a stone wood fire place, tackle and souvenir shop, and staff quarters. Licensed for 26 people, and can offer 50 bear tags, 2 non-resident moose tags, and can operate on 6 lakes. There are 6 modern log cabins sleeping 2 to 6 per unit. There is also an Outpost on Lake Saskoba with a 6 man semi-modern cabin, known for great Northern Pike fishing. All you would need to run a fishing camp, or you can just buy it for your own personal use.
