Mature couple seeking a fishing/hunting lodge or a RV Park for purchase. Open to numerous areas within Western Canada preferably a smaller operation. Sweat equity available if there are upgrades to be made to the property. Drive-in ideally, however depending on location boat-in would be considered. This decision has been in the making for the past decade and we are ready to move forward with this plan. We will consider properties up to $750,000 for purchase price.
