Log duplex with two more private rooms behind the lodge, along with a VIP cabin for special guests along with an open D Log cabin for special events and private gatherings. Four employee cabins with mess hall including employee shower and kitchen. There is a tool shop, pilot house and gear shed along with a woodshed. There are two boat houses complete with all the fishing and bird hunting gear needed as well as a new float plane dock. There is a .75 mile long runway complete with a fuel farm and all the heavy equipment to maintain the airstrip. Property is on 10 deeded acres with lake front and Mountain Views. The lodge has private rights to over 40,000 acres of Private Land that is leased from a Native Corporation. It sits on the 5-mile-long Stephan Lake with multiple inlet and outlet streams for world class fly fishing and hunting. There are 3 other property owners on the lake that occupy a few weeks a year. This gives the lodge complete privacy. The lake and lodge are located at 1890 ft above sea level in a Sitka Spruce Forest and is home to Caribou, Wolf, Grizzly Bear, Black Bear, Lynx, Martin and countless waterfowl. The lake boasts Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout, Grayling and Spawning Sockeye Salmon.
