Central British Columbia Resort For Sale — Tatuk Lake, Bulkley-Nechako Region
Tatuk Lake Resort sits on the northwest shore of Tatuk Lake in the Bulkley-Nechako region of central British Columbia — 20 acres of lakefront land with 660 feet of water frontage, seven guest cabins, a 2,151 sq ft owner's residence with office, ten RV sites, and a full complement of boats, motors, and heavy equipment included in the sale.
This is a well-designed resort property in a favorable lakefront location. The infrastructure is extensive: a 40 x 80 ft utility shed, shower house with laundry and bathrooms, boat launch, newer wharf, and a generator backup system for the shop. The current owners have operated the property with genuine care and are offering a structured transition — they will remain available to make guest introductions and provide hands-on training as required by a new operator.
The asking price and financial details are provided following execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Interested buyers should contact the owner directly to begin the process.
The resort is improved with an owner's residence, seven guest cabins, and a full set of support infrastructure — all in good condition.
The resort site is 20 acres with approximately 660 feet of frontage onto Tatuk Lake. The waterfront includes a stoney beach and boat launch. The land around the resort structures has been cleared and maintained as well-kept lawn, with 10 RV sites integrated into the grounds.
Guests access the resort via Gold Road, which connects to the Kluskus Forest Road approximately 78 km south of Vanderhoof, BC. Vanderhoof is located along Highway 16 in the Nechako region of central British Columbia, and the surrounding area offers the classic central BC wilderness character — lodgepole pine, mixed boreal terrain, and genuine backcountry access.
The owners have established a three-step inquiry process to ensure a good fit for both parties. Financial details and asking price are provided after completion of Step 2.
