This remote, fly-in-only retreat in northcentral BC is the escape you didn't know you needed. The moment you touch down, the noise of everyday life fades, replaced by pure peace, quiet, and connection to the wild.

Whether you've dreamed of owning and operating your own fishing lodge, or simply want a private haven where family and friends can truly unplug and reconnect, this property delivers something rare.

Set along the pristine shores of one of the best rainbow and bull trout lakes in the world. The best part: nobody knows about it. With Carlo Creek running through the property, the best fishing action is right off the shoreline in front of camp at the mouth of the creek. This is exceptional fishing few will ever be lucky enough to experience.

Perfectly suited for a boutique fishing operation catering to small groups and personalized experiences, the camp also lends itself to adventure tourism, wellness retreats, or a completely private getaway. The possibilities are wide open, including ample room for expansion.

Set along the crystal clear, blue-green waters of Pelly Lake on the far northwest end of Williston Lake, overlooking stunning Pelly Mountain, the camp is quaint yet fully equipped. It features a welcoming main lodge, a shower house, and three comfortable guest cabins, just the right size for an exclusive experience.

Completely off-grid and self-sufficient, the property runs on a combination of hydro, solar, and generator power, offering independence without sacrificing comfort.

Getting there is part of the magic. Arrive by floatplane, ski plane, or land on the grass airstrip; each journey to camp sets the tone for the unforgettable experience that awaits.

And while the fishing is extraordinary, it's only the beginning. Endless wilderness surrounds you, offering hiking, wildlife viewing, and true immersion in one of the most breathtaking landscapes in British Columbia.

Pelly Lake offers fly-casting for rainbow trout that can result in catching 6-pounders. The lake is approximately 8 kilometres long, fed by many mountain streams and by the chain of small lakes draining from the eastern entrance of Barrier Pass. The water is clear and cold, making the fish very active fighters. There are other interesting lakes in the surrounding area.

Pelly Peak Wilderness Lodge was first established in 1963 by Carlo Parisotto. Flying a Republic SeaBee, he dropped into Pelly Lake to check a fuel cache for a helicopter operation, and immediately decided this was a place to base a summer location for fly-outs.

In 2006, Carlo retired and good friends Mark Paskevich and Jim Bellavance decided to take over the operation and keep on the tradition of providing a great stop-by location for the many float plane pilot-owners who love to fly north in the summer months.
