Looking for a Resort

My wife and I have been working in education for 20 years, and we are looking at making a career change. We are looking for a cabin resort business to buy. Preferrably under $2 million unless the seller is willing to consider carryback or financing. Drive-in resorts are preferred, something that is centered around fishing, not a lodge, hotel, or restaurant.
