Post a Lodge, Resort, Hotel or Motel Wanted Ad

Not all hospitality property owners want to advertise for sale publicly. Post a wanted ad so that they can reach out to you directly!

Info to include in Wanted Ad:

  • Type of property being sought, ie. Fishing Hunting Lodge, Family Resort, RV Park, Marina, Hotel, Motel, Inn.
  • Type of property access, ie. drive-in, boat-in, fly-in
  • Location (Province or State and general region if a specific area is desired)
  • Your purchase price range
  • Any other specifics you want to include, ex. Number of guest rooms or guest cabins, must have owners residence on site, etc.
