Land & Location
The sale includes two parcels of land, a 6.48 acre island located at the east end of Stevens Bay that houses the lodge and a 0.787 acre mainland parking site located approximately a 5 minute boat ride from the island. The parking lot is located a short drive off of Highway 71 near Nestor Falls. Highway 71 is a provincially maintained highway. There is no public landing in the area with the nearest one being 24 miles away in Nestor Falls.
Also included is a fly-in outpost that is on a land-use permit on Kishkutena Lake.
Due to the remote location of Stevens Bay, the fishing pressure is extremely low. It is not uncommon to spend a full day without seeing another boat while you take in the serene and breathtaking beauty the area has to offer. Couple the serenity and beauty of the area with such a wide variety of fish catching opportunities and it spells one of the best family or group getaways one could possibly hope for!
