Front Desk Agent (This is an EXAMPLE Only)

    We’re looking for an outgoing individual for a full time Front Desk Receptionist

    Roles / Responsibilities:

    • Greet & interact with guests/patrons on all levels of their experience while providing excellent customer service
    • Answer phone calls & respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
    • Process guest check-ins and check-outs
    • Ensure guest registrations are accurate and updated
    • Accommodating special requests whenever possible
    • Answer guest/patron inquiries with knowledge of all the facilities, as well as knowledge of the area
    • Resolution for basic guest needs and/or issues
    • Basic accounting procedures including debit/credit & cash transactions; balancing transactions at the end of a shift
    • Communicating with housekeeping for delegation and scheduling.
    • Report any issues to the Manager
    • Light laundry during busy season


    Knowledge/Skills

    • Ability to operate computer, cash floats and calculator.
    • Ability to compile facts and figures.
    • Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills.
    • Excellent speech communication skills required to communicate with guests over the telephone & email communication.


    Schedule:

    • Day shift
    • Holidays
    • Weekdays
    • Night shift (2PM to 10PM)
    • Weekend


    Additional pay:

    • Overtime pay


    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Ability to commute/relocate


    Education:

    • Secondary School (preferred)


    Experience:

    • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
    • Front desk: 1 year (preferred
