We’re looking for an outgoing individual for a full time Front Desk Receptionist
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Greet & interact with guests/patrons on all levels of their experience while providing excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls & respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensure guest registrations are accurate and updated
- Accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Answer guest/patron inquiries with knowledge of all the facilities, as well as knowledge of the area
- Resolution for basic guest needs and/or issues
- Basic accounting procedures including debit/credit & cash transactions; balancing transactions at the end of a shift
- Communicating with housekeeping for delegation and scheduling.
- Report any issues to the Manager
- Light laundry during busy season
Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to operate computer, cash floats and calculator.
- Ability to compile facts and figures.
- Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills.
- Excellent speech communication skills required to communicate with guests over the telephone & email communication.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekdays
- Night shift (2PM to 10PM)
- Weekend
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred
