Exclusive fly/boat-in private fishing camp on Upper Manitou Lake, Northwest Ontario
Mosher Bay is a private, custom-built fishing camp on Upper Manitou Lake in Northwest Ontario — accessible only by floatplane or boat, with no road access. Constructed in 2010 to a high standard, the property was purpose-built as a serious remote fishing and wilderness retreat. The main cabin sleeps up to 20 guests across four bedrooms and an open loft, with a separate pilot's cabin that accommodates four more. The camp is fully operational and turn-key — furnishings, fishing boats, and equipment are included in the sale.
Upper Manitou Lake is renowned for Muskie, Northern Pike, Walleye, Bass, and Lake Trout. This is a true wilderness setting with exceptional privacy, zero neighbouring development visible from the camp, and direct access to one of Northwestern Ontario's premier multi-species lakes.
Built with quality materials throughout: Marvin windows and doors, RoughRider siding (re-stained 2021), metal roof with ice guards, and interior walls and ceilings panelled with holey pine from Superior National Forest. Lighting is Hubbardton Forge. The blue light water purification system is installed and operational.
The camp is sold fully furnished. Custom oak dining table, kitchen cabinets, bunk beds, and heavy oak furniture are included. Soft furnishings — Pendleton blankets, Le Creuset dishes, Thomas Shackleton pottery, and Barlow Tyrie teak deck furniture with custom cushions — convey with the property. Fishing boats on site are included. A 30-foot Boundary Waters Tritoon is also available separately.
