I am currently looking for a business partnership or opportunity to lease a recreational tourism/hospitality property to operate. I have been in hospitality management for over ten years now and am eager to find an opportunity where I can run my own business with little to no oversight. Looking for a partnership, profit sharing, or a lease to operate model where I run my own business and pay the owner gross % of revenue as rent.
Big preference for RV resorts, campgrounds, marinas, ski resorts (anything outdoors) but open to hotels and other business types. Long term I am putting together a portfolio of tourism businesses. The ideal situation would be a rent to own or share sale. Right now we are considering all opportunities.
