Looking to become part investor in fishing/hunting lodge

We are looking to become part investors of a fishing/hunting lodge in Ontario, Canada. We have the financial backing to partner with other potential owner(s) on a fishing/hunting lodge. We are looking more for the fishing lodge, but understand some lodges also include hunting as well. This can be a boat in or drive-in lodge. Currently, we live in the states so this would be more of a remote ownership with a few annual visits.
